 If
you say the Wafer Baking Machine is like the left and
right arms of a Wafer Production Line, then the baking
plates inside should be considered as the fingers. They
are actually one of the most important parts of a Wafer
Production Line. Its rationalization and precision directly
affect the quality of the wafers you make.
We continuously improve the techniques for making the
baking plates. A special alloy is chosen as the material¡ª¡ªit
has very good heat stability, conductivity and accumulation.
After precision machining, our patented baking plates
enjoy dimensional consistency and very fine surface
finishing. Therefore the wafer sheets can hardly stick
on them. The wafer sheets made are in good shape, well
puffed-up and exceptionally crispy. Better baking plates
ensure the production skills to be easily mastered.
And they have a strong adoptability of flour, which
enables you to control the cost easily.
The heating Coil inside is placed close to the inner
side of the baking plates for better thermal accumulation
and energy-saving, up to 25% electricity save!;
As you may easily understand, the optimized structure
of the baking plates and its high precision result in
fewer residues. Up to 2.5% flour save!
You always have to add some oil into the wafer batter
so that the wafer sheets baked do not stick on the baking
plates. But you only have to put 25%¡ª30% into our machine
as much as you do into a common one to have a smooth
coming-off!
