to you. The Direct Heating Control System is an innovative
solution on how to transfer electricity into heat and
distribute it properly on the wafer sheets. Wafer sheets
baked are in uniform color while the power consumption
can be reduced by 10%¡ª15%. The Finely Engineered Baking
Plates can save 2.5% flour, 70%¡ª75% oil and generate
less residues.
